We do our best to avoid cross contamination, however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.
Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.
ALL OUR CAKES are made with love in a OUR kitchen, and contain or may contain trace amounts of tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and eggs.

DEPOSIT
Your cake order will only commence once a deposit has been paid. The deposit must be paid as soon as possible to secure the agreed collection date. Final payment must be made before or upon collection. The deposit is non-refundable.

CAKE ALTERATIONS
Any changes to your cake order will be accepted and confirmed 2 weeks prior to the collection date.
Any alterations to orders may be subject to an additional charge and need to be confirmed in writing.

COLLECTION
You must collect on the agreed time and date. Once collected the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it has leftthe premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable .Any balance paid after the deposit can be refunded if the cake is cancelled over 2 weeks before the agreed collection date.
Please note: Orders with sugar flowers or other sugar or chocolate decorations are started up to 2 weeks before the event.
In addition to the non-refundable deposit, work already undertaken in accordance with the order is chargeable
All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We reserve the right to photograph your cake order before collection.

DELIVERY AND SET UP
We can deliver your cake and setup at the venue for a wedding cake. Please ask us the fee.
Please note that after safely delivering and setting up the cake at the venue, the order is in the full responsibility of the customer and BLOSSOM CAKE DESIGN shall not be liable for any damages.

RELEASE AND LIABILITY
We will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your cake order. We shall not be held responsible for your cake once order collected.

CAKE STORAGE
We will advise you on how to store your cake and care. We cannot take responsibilty if the cake is not stored properly due to neglience.

REFUND,EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICIES
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process,
once delivered to the customer, BLOSSOM CAKE DESIGN does not accept returns or exchanges. ALL Sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATION
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with BLOSSOM CAKE DESIGN.
All cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date.
Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.

SHIPPING DAYS AND POLICIES
Shipments are made every Wednesday via CANADA POST exclusively within TORONTO.
BLOSSOM CAKE DESIGN is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.
Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
BLOSSOM CAKE DESIGN is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

PICK UP
Pick up is only available during a limited number of hours as BLOSSOM CAKE DESIGN'S facility is closed to the outside public.
Please confirm if pick up is available for your order at time of order
Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.
