Flavour

All our baked goods are made using the highest quality ingredients including organic flour, real butter, local free range eggs, local dairy produce, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgian cocoa & chocolate. They are ALL freshly made to order.

All our cakes are covered with a thin layer of white chocolate ganache and buttercream before covering with fondant in order for us to achieve a sharp, clean edge.
Ganache is a mix of melted chocolate and cream or butter which adds to the decadence and luxury of your cake.
